About to buy a used 87 spree. What should I look for?

Like the title says, I found an 87 Spree for my wife. I'm not real mechanical so I thought I'd ask here for things to watch out for. I know obvious things like dry rot tires and oil leaks. What other things should I check for wear?

Make sure they used 2 stroke injector oil (ask what oil it takes).

Never mind, turned out to be a dud, it was well thrashed and had no title.
