NEED HELP TO IDENTIFY MY BIKE

i HAVE AN ELITE. I need to know how to identify it using the VIN. i know on cars the VIN tells you the year, engine size, even the color. How does the VIN identify on honda mopeds? also, i need ot identify my engine. the guy i bought it from swapped out the engine. So how do i use the I.D. number and what does it mean? your help will be much appreciated.

look under the floor board and there will be a sticker that says the year, and what model.

as for the motor look on the little gear cover right behind the belt case. there should be something like af16e or something like that. Pending on what the code is, that will tell you motor you have.
