a rocetta is a chines 4 stroke, there super easy to find and sell for like 700 brand new.

That doesnt sound like a bad bike even though i am not to keen on chinese bikes. Looks like its in good shape.

Cheap chinese 4 stroke motor, POS worth $200.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.
