Spree BACK TIRE AND FRONT TIRE INTERCHANGEABLE?

So yea....today I was riding and my back tire went flat. I have a front tired that is fine. Is it possible to replace the back tire & tube with the front wheels?

The tire/tube is the same front and rear.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.
