I recently put on a new pully and belt... It seems that my acceleration is slower than before and the only real improvment I notice is when going down hills or overpasses... Any ideas or help. I would like to keep the scooter fairly stock or simple. I do have some new clutch springs (one stage higher then stock) but was waiting to put them on... Any help/ideas are welcome!!!!

What kind of pully you got? Not that it matter's really....but you know those roller weights that you put in? Are they the same one as your stock?
Most of the members will tell you to go get a set of mixed roller weights. Like 3g-14g.
Your going to put different combinations by 3s in your new pully so see what rides better. the out come depends on the rider's weight and perference. EX. Use three 7g and three 8g weights which is a total of six weights but weighs a total of 45 grams.
Sorry but I can't tell you a good range of weigh you should use, because I don't ride a stock elite. 35-45 grams?? i don't know.....Anyone?
