Tire Choices

Post by paulbrown137 »

Seem pretty limited for the Spree. The cheapest ones I could find were on americanmototire.com. Cheng Shin C-800 OEM ~$9 and the Kenda K329 for ~$11. Shipping is between $17 and $25 depending on which one. Anyone using the Kenda?

I also plan to get new tubes. The michellin ones look good at $6.

I am new to searching for scooter tires, so any links/advice would be helpful? what do you all prefer to use? I got a dunlop recommendation but I cant find any tires for the stock spree size 2.5 x 10

I ended up buying

Post by paulbrown137 »

2x Kenda K329 23.16
2x Michelin Tube 13.52
Shipping 17.84
total 54.52

Not a bad price from the limited options i found. If you didn't need tubes the shipping would go down a bit and total would be around $35

ordered from americanmototire.com

just thought i would pass this along if anyone was looking for tires for their spree.

The kenda tires are good. You'll be happy with the way they ride and look.

i ride kendas that came on my bike when I bought it. they are nice. I really like the way they look and they seem to hug the road pretty well when I take sharp turns, or turn while throttling up
