Winterizing: Fuel stabilizer in tank, fog the cylinder directly through the spark plug hole and rotate the engine a few times. Drain the carb. Pulling the aircleaner and cleaning is a good idea but I don't typically do this, I just check condition in spring. Disconnect the battery and store someplace warm in the house.

You might also drain the fuel from the carb for winter storage. These carbs have a handy drain screw just for that.

I plan to ride mine all winter.
