Street Fighter Aero

Post by MediumKahuna »

All my plastics are way baked on my 86 Aero so, I going to "street fighter" it.
Basically strip off all the plastic and paint the frame black.
Of course, I'm going to make it pull wheelies and go 50 but, thats another thread.
I'm looking for some old school wavy fenders and bullet shaped headlights.
I'm thinking maybe a wood floor (like a Goped) and foot shaped footrests like I've seen on Harleys.
I'm itchin to break out the welder.
Any ideas?
I have 9 scooters/mopeds mostly late 80s - 90s Hondas. General 2 stroke experience but just started building Hondas

Have you seen the euro scooters?? They have them all street fighter out. LIke that keep the front panels on and strip the handle bars. The do the bmx stems. The get some rear panels done with laser cut and put a mesh screen behind it.

I like the euro look. 12'0clock bar?

yeah the euro bikes are awesome
being honest, if i was over there i would dump honda in a heart beat. and get me a nice yamaha Aerox R.

why is all the stuff there so nice?
because most of europe follows the same law of you can get a moped at 14, but you cant get your licence till your 18. Thats 4+ years that people want transportation at any cost. Where the USA, most laws are 15 moped, 16 car, its only one year, sales are not near as good.

just look at some of the stuff there...

and the stunt scene just adds to the awesomeness....

Whats up with all the ground clearance? They look like 4x4 trucks. Their roads must suck bad if they need that much clearance.
