Probably go 20-40 depending on gearing, 4 strokes are slow.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.

my guess is about 25mph.

he says it comes with an extra set of gears to change gearing. would it be worth paying $250 for it? thanks for your help.

id pay that and be verry excited they are verry verry verry rare and they can get going way quicker than spree . spree is only good at taking off quick the one thing i hate about my spree is with how fast it takes off its verry disapointing to only hit 30 .an indian can go 50 with a strait pipe and gearing.

50? you sure about that? ive seen a lot of mopeds over the years, but something like that, i would agree with dac. 25, 35 tops.
