I will agree here. Plug chopping is not necessary unless it's a performance tuning measure which isn't the case here based on what the OP posted.noiseguy wrote:Guys, lay off the plug chops. Sounds like the bystarter is closing up after 30 seconds (by design) and once it does, your scoot quits running. I think it's most likely that your carb is dirty, which is the root cause of at least 50% of the problems we see here.
