Question about 1988 Honda SA50 cylinder shroud

Question about 1988 Honda SA50 cylinder shroud
Hi. Okay I found a shroud for a 1999 Honda Elite SA50. It's different than the 88 SA50. If I use both pieces off the 99, the shroud and the fan cover, will it fit?. It looks the same shape with the 99 incorperating half the cylinder shoud into the fan cover. It's on ebay so i need to know before I buy. Thanks for any info.

wont work! was made for dio moto from 94-01 only.
need to look for 88-93 only.

I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.
