I fashioned an air filter from an automotive airfilter. A square paper one. Is this sufficient or will it cuase damage? I tried to ride (under load) the ped but anything past quarter throttle it just bogs down and dies. The plugs I purchase are NGK bpr6hsa (4632) - Do they need to be gapped? I rmoved a new one and it was darkand a bit wet - too much fuel/rich? Does anyone know of a tutorial on tuning the carb?
Sorry for the questions but I know Im close to getting it done.
Thank you.

I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.

UNI sells their filter in sheet form.KillinSpree wrote:So my spree didnt have a air filter when i got it but what i did was bought a new uni air filter for my dirtbike and used the old ones inner filter for the spree. I just cut it to the exact shape of the filter box an it seems to be working good!
