i just got a 87 spree motor and the oil pump was missing and the port filled with a rock hard green clay , almost like really hard body filler ?

is this some speed mod i've never heard of ?

just meens they took out the pump, and were premixing..

Which might be how it seized. Sounds like putty epoxy.
