85 Spree, anyone know the thickness of the side cover gasket?
.25, .75?

Don't know about Sprees, but Aero's is about 1/16th inch. 0.75 mm sounds about right. A little loose is better than tight.

i dont think ive ever used one in any of my sprees.......if your talking about the belt cover. 8)

Thanks Guy, I believe guy is right in that you need a gasket (for the belt cover) so as to have the proper spacing for the starter motor to spin freely.
