Hey, does anyone know the approx. shipping costs for something the size/weight of a dio (or a dio), from the States to Alberta?

Not sure about that but I just shipped same motor from Michigan to minnesota for $29.00 with $200 insurance included.

That cost is a little high because it involves air mail. Ground will be alot cheaper for him.

Greetings:

Shipping costs will be the least of your worries. The Frontier Bureaucrats give extra scrutiny to Motor Vehicles, and there may be considerable trouble in ascertaining/documenting compliance with Regulatory requirements for importation. Noise and Emissions compliance must be demonstrated, and the rules in both countries have changed many times over the years.

Customs brokerages help but cost more than shipping, usually.
