So I havn't posted in a week or so, because I was busy buying my new project. What do you guys think? Not bad for $78,000. Your forclosure is my gain. :) My girlfriend and I are moving in, in 3 weeks. I have no idea what i'm gunna use 5 bedrooms for, but i'm stoked about the 25x28 shop, with a half bath in the shop. All I gotta do is knock part of a wall down and install a garage door. (That's not my stuff in the garage, that was a listing photo. This place use to be a bait shop/home)

in the big island the land is very cheap! $10,000 8,000 sqft. :)

$10,000 worth around here is at least 43560 sq ft(one acre).

Just can't wait to move in and fix up the shop. My current shop is at my dad's apartment building.

I'm pretty well tapped for cash after this purchase but locking a 30 year fixed at 5.25 with only 5 percent down and getting that Obama 8,000 tax credit for first time home buyer, I couldn't pass up putting an offer on this place.

:)

Already got plans for turning 2 bedrooms into a master with bath, and a nice deck for a grill and future space for a hot tub. :) That'll be a while from now, but sweat equity is free right :)
