Never seen one of these before. Looks a little like a transition from the Honda Express (but I'm never been that close to one), big spoked wheels, but plastic floor, legsheild and headlight giving a preview of the Spree to come.

whoa, never seen one in the states before.
Seen a few in euro scooter videos, but never one in the usa.

I wouldnt buy this because of parts or cant do mod just because of grey market. Just email the seller where did a scoopy came from.
In japan has a crea scoopy is just like HOnda metropolitan , just small turn blinkers.

that looks pretty sweet. how big are those wheels? 16"? 20?

Yes.
Bicycle tires go by outside of the tire. Moped tires go by rim size.
In other words, yes. Its a 16 rim, 20 tires.

Yeah, I hear you about parts and mods. Kinda pulling at me because its different. Scoopy is a funny name, must have been popular to keep the name.

Might even be 14" rims - if it shared wheels with the Express.
