regarding the purpose of the specs, i can understand the importance of the belts length and width but what's the purpose of the last spec (in this case 30 degrees) i see some belts specs with 28 and some with 30 but how much does it matter what angle you use?

Wrong angle=little contact. I doubt it will move.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.

stock belt works fine unless you do a japan dio pulley conversion.
