I don't get it, looks like any other CH80 I have seen, other than the seat looks fuzzy instead of vinyl :?:

Wheelman guesseth:

Uhh, I think it's about the pink.[/quote]

Actually the link I posted reverts back to a different pix - the Pink0CH80.

Saddy 'bout dat.

Go to the bottom of that page and click on the

Catagory: 'Honda Scooters link.

Then, scroll down to bottom of the page that comes up. Third bike in the row above the bottom: "Policia Local Mallorca..." Hit that bad boy and you'll see what I originally meant.

While you're there, check out some of the other HondaSan offerings from around the world. That 'Strem (sic) is a beast eh? Looks like a cross between a CH80, a golf cart seat, and a 1961 Hoover.

Well, I didn't get it either until Wheelman pointed out the "pink". Shucks, it takes a real man to ride pink. Like my boss once said when I teased him about his pink socks, "I'm not insecure about my manhood".

Well, again, the Pink Elite wasn't my intention to highlight, but rather that rainbow-colored Mallorcan Cop Bike (Hondasan Silverwing?).

But I'll admit something: about 20 years ago I had an opportunity to buy a 1958, bone-stock Harley Electra Glide in rose/pink, white/pink seat, metallic purpleized fenders. I drooled like a nutcase when I saw that bike. And for a measly $4500, it would've been a hellava an investment.

Was it the color scheme (exacerbated by its location in San Freesko) that held me back? Nope. I didn't have the bux, but if I did, I woulda copped it an rode it no matter what anybody said. :P

My story - and I'm stickin' it.
