I just noticed this. I didn't even have the VIN wrote down. The bike was not registered, it would have been in the next day or two.

Sad part is, I think I'm *. I might just be looking for another Aero. I can get one not far from me for $500 that is literally perfect... I mean that in the best way. In pictures and in person, I really don't think I have seen such a clean and well kept stock bike.

So you think your Aero is at 1760 Ring st.? in Saginaw. If i were you, i'd take a couple people at night with a flash light and snoop around!

I live in Grand Haven, if i had a ride haha i'd definitely come help!

Tornado/hurricane Cat II type wind has kept me busy and off line for several days. So as I'm reading the whole of this thread, all 3 pages, I remembered a friend from Texas who has a used car lot. Most of his clientile is of a certain ethnic group already mentioned. He has to do a lot of repossession when they don't make payments. He went to pick one up one evening, and as he was hooking up his towtruck, guys came out the door of the house in threatening mood. He reached behind the seat of the truck and came out with a baseball bat, and said, "Okay, whose first?". They backed away and let him have the car.

Wife has been paranoid about parking her Elite at Walmart. So I bought a chain and lock. My Helix weighs 350 lb so I don't worry about it, especially with wheel angle locked. But we lock the two scooters together or to a metal post (we park near the handicap zone with the posts). We live in a small town, but that's no indication of protection.

If you are working repo on the "bad side of the tracks" open carrying a LARGE handgun is advised.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.

I've got CCW for 45 but most will back away from a baseball bat.

I don't know much about Michigan. Might be different. Just be sure about what you're doing and I still would take a friend or two... or three.
