if you put an honda aero 50 clutch on a spree would the spree go faster?

clutch has nothing to do with speed.

but didn't somone say that they put stiffer clutch springs in it and it gave them better

right, an aero clutch is the same as a spree clutch. and stiffer springs ony improve acceleration.
