I was wondering is the 1988 Pal/Elite 50 restricted in the Exhaust system (Washer) that needs to be ground out. The nuts on the head look rusted on real bad. Is it worth it?

My Elite E didn't have the washer.

no there where no restrictors on the honda pal.
