Re: USA to Canada altitude level change
Greetings:
Above 4000 feet? If so you can consider simply removing the stock airbox and substituting a pod or K&N filter. Doing so will let more of that thin air into the carb and may nearly match the stock jetting at sea level. With the stock box, I suspect you would need to swap for a main jet that's a size or 2 smaller, which may be hard to find.

You will need to do some jetting.
I am not a mechanic, nor do I play one on TV. Actually my advice is probably worth slightly less than what you pay to view it.
Re: USA to Canada altitude level change
Calgary is around 3400 ft. Indiana is 800 ft roughly. It might run a little rich in Calgary but it shouldn't be too bad. It's not like Honda normally changes the jetting for different areas. If your Spree is running rough it's probably something else.
Sweet site with info on Honda's and tons of other scooters: http://www.MotorScooterGuide.net

we took our scooters to colorado, my aero barely ran at 5000 ft, im at 2000 ft or so here, honda has a high altitude jet for most models...
