electric start rig?

Post by jeffhardyrules »

My '86 spree does not have an electric start(well it does but it doesn't have a starter so there is just a hole there with 2 short wires) and I was wondering if there is a way I could"rig" it so I had an electric start. I don't want to buy a new starter right away. So any known rigs would be appriciated. Thanks

Ah, kick start?

One guy drilled a hole in his side cover to start it with a cordless drill. You'd have to carry it with though. :D

Round the nut. When that happens, replace it.
