Is there any other way to clean the muffler besides cutting it in half and rewelding once clean and tossing it in a fire for aprox. 20 minutes? Now I know one(hopefully all) my problems could be solved by cleaning my messed up muffler. I am suppost to buy a used one if the guy has any. Oh I don't know the year on the Yamaha Razz but would a muffler off of one of those work(I don't know the dimmentions and what not) I will compare the best that I can though.
Thanks, yet again.
cleaning muffler, replacement.

I did a very newbish thing when I was cleaning my muffler b4 the scoot was running.
I took it off and shoock some stuff out of it, so far so good, and then I filled it up with WATER! lmao.. I let pressure from a hose push water w/ sediments out, but only later realized that could make it rust.
luckily hot texas weather dried it up in time.
