I'm a little ticked with Harbor Freight right now. I ordered a metric caliper, and it took Fed Ex 9 days to get it here, and then drop shipped it at the Post office. You can ship USPS Priority in 2-3 days. When will vendors wise up and get competitive on shipping.

bummer, I have never had a problem but then I have never used there mail service either. I shop at their store enough that they sent me a membership slip to get a discount :D also, I don't know if Northern Tool carries hones but they are a similar store but bigger.

I changed the price again for a quick sale in the wanted/for sale section. I want to get this thing out of my hair before I do something I'd regret to it. I was really starting to get used to it and think maybe this thing is going to be reliable and depend on it, and as soon as that crossed my mind here came this loud * chattering sound, then some bogging, then dead. I know it's the flywheel cause the fan is now hitting the shroud, and when this happened the engine felt like it was off balance, was shaking horribly, and then it still has plenty of compression when I got it home.

I might look at it today though and see if it can be fixed.

SOLD :)

I fixed it, nothing a mere flywheel key and a bit of LocTite didn't fix.

-Do you not have electric start? Take the plug out and make sure its clean, put it back in, kick it some, take it out: does it look wet or rusty or what? Hopefully you have a starter and can turn it over and over to dry the cylinder out instead of kicking it. Use brakleen or something similar and shoot it in the carb AND JUG to get it fired up, then run it around some, the more you run it the better it will get and easier to start. You arent the only one who has had to fiddle with a Spree to get it up and running.
-Buy a good motor on ebay, I picked a spare one up for 20 bucks last week then stab that one in the bike.
-Re sell it on CL. Try another one.
-Find a neighbor who knows 2 stokes and can help you.
-CHECK THE FLUX-CAPACITOR
