The float does not uh... Float if it has a hole in it and fills with fuel. Your bike won't work right until this is fixed.
I suggest you call your friendly Honda dealer and quote the Parts guy the following numbers to look up:
Float set: 16013-147-004 $24, and I'd also recommend the
Float needle set: 16012-GK8-601 $21
They will likely need to order them.
Alternatively, these kits pop up on eBay by a company kalled Keyster occasionally. May be cheaper, maybe not.
Reassemble carefully and you should find your scooter restored.
