80cc Taiwanese big bore kit

Post by nacree »

Any opinions on this kit? Just got a '99 SR- I'm pretty impressed by the bike stock but will want more power soon.

Thanks,

Nathan

forget about 80cc bore kit, need to open block apart and port job required.

Just get a polini contesta bore 72cc is very good street bore kit. I have over 5,500 mile on that polini bore kit and was properly tunes.

i hope you mean speed not power? all you need to get is a set of 9:1:1 gears , bump up the center spring & clutch springs & #85 main jet = 54mph
some people dream of speed, i own your dreams!

there are bigger bolt ons than the 50mm. I have seen a 52mm bolt no mods for the dio/elite s,sr. And tawain no go boom. You have to break them in. I have installed hella 50mm kits in vegas and they last for years. In the dry heat of 115. I have tested all the major kits brand kits side by side and there is no major difference between them, except price. Hey maddog I will build a scooter to race you. I aint chicken. where you live? hehe ...hey maddog what is teeth count on your gears in the * end?
