How do you change the fuel mixtures?

I think my scooter is running too lean now after I drilled through the baffle chamber on the exhaust. Its pretty rough on the idle, so I assume there is something going on??

So how do you play with mixture to make it a little richer? I really know very little about these scooters, so details is appreciated (and my engine is the SE50).

get a bigger main jet or to fix idle just adjust the air mixture screw
