Yeah I'm going to use it!! The ports on this one are really smooth and it's in really good condition better than the kn kikaku one that paid three times as much for!

the pilot jetting and main jet start off 52-150 . then work out down size jet.. 32:1 premix.

because the boost port you made it bigger.

Got the whole engine reassembled today I'm tired and it's late, done about 30 hours work into this build so far!!

Any tips for break in?
Probably get it back in the bike tomorrow.

Got the bike back together today, will go and get a new spark plug and jets later then I'll try to start it!!

Got her running today!! Did 2 heat cycles sounds really different! Very crisp and responsive!

Went for a short ride with a 28mm carb but will be swapping back in my 21mm carb tonight. It's raining and bad weather today and maybe tomorrow but I will see if I can get it dialed in!!

No I changed to a 28mm and used a 55/145 jet.

that jetting is rich for the 82... air leak for sure with new gaskets on the bore and intake i would check crank seals, did you reuse them or new and what about air pump plug or gear ground off? and is the rubber boot on the crab good and tight?

I did new crank seals boot on carb is tight. Ct intake is my expectation! Oil pump was plugged correctly !

how much break in time did u even have before getting on it..mixture is wrong sumwhere bigtime..you should have had some sort of sign to let you know before that would happen man..take it easy on the motor for a little and gradually work on giving it throttle..plug chop after wot pulls after its broken in a little at least..good luck.. :thumbwink:
