one thing that i love about these scooters is the small things are pretty cheap it seems. body panels are annother story though... 100 bucks a pop for rear shell halves.

I think I will try to put the dead one back on and see how well it runs. The guy I bought from said it ran great before the clutch had blown up.

Yeah it needed a signal lens that I ordered at the same time $10 not too bad considering it is OEM

if its really bad i wouldnt put it back in.. you dont want to suck it into your intake. but if its just a little old i dont see too much harm in it.

I think I have all the parts needed to make it a runner just need to transfer the title and license it.

It is junk by my standards but likely will get me by till next week. My buddy says run it but, I'm a little more picky. I just want to smooth out the engine

I will probably work on it tomorrow. I need to change out the front rim and work on shining up the body panels. Putting in the LED lights etc

Put the filter on and drained the battery trying to start, It wasn't charged well

Recharging now

Hey aerorob ur in Oregon right? What are the laws on scooter titles my buddy bought a 86 Spree this morning with Oregon plates but no title. What can he do to get it? It hasn't been licensed since 91

he has to go to the dmv and get a ton of paperwork to apply for a title, its possible, but difficult. best bet would be to go to the dmv and ask exactly what you have to do.

I RODE IT!!!

It smoked horrible but I rode it!

It is getting better needs adjustments on alot speedo not working front tire needs to be better balanced. I think the oil pump might be bad or I just need to run it more to get the oil residue out since the cylinder was so full of oil.

Yup it stopped smoking has a little hesitation accelerates great rode it for about 20 minutes it just won't idle
