the pin should be set as stock .. on the middle slot as well as the rest of the carb ..

When your cranking the motor,cover the mouth of the carb with your hand. If the compression is good and the case is not leaking, suction will be strong. If the carb is getting fuel you will also get fuel to spit on your hand when you cover the carb while cranking the engine over too. That one way of also priming the carb if you took the carb bowl off and no fuel was in there.

The also is the bystarter plugged in? If it is then that might be faulty.

forget it. i give up. she wont start. heck she wont even turn over w/ the electric start. all it does it click. some sensor near the battery clicks when i push the start button...
does anyone want to buy a scooter. i'm done!

eh just take a break from it for a little bit then go back after you do some research etc no sense in giving up after all the work you have already done.

now it may help if you put up
compresino is?
spark is ??? week blue red ????
the carb is set at ????
new or old plug ??? the gap is set at ???
the air flter is ???
and inny thing elce thay may help us help you ..

compression is 127
spark is blue
new plug
pod air filter
carb is at factory setting
