DAC!!! WHERE DID YOU GET THE CLUTCH COVER!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I've been looking for one for about a year now and no one can locate one for me and none of the shops have them.

Are you talking about Hawaii Forums??? I saw a couple of your post. LUCKY!!! Yeah...I've been asking all my cousins out in hawaii to locate one for me. I guess they stop making those covers. I've called like 4 hawaii shops trying to pin one down. I guess I'm just going to have to cut my own.

But much props on your scooter!

yeah, some guy had it in a box of old stuff.

im thinking of painting it black. i think black with the silver clutch will look cool. im not a big fan of chrome. But we will have to wait and see what happens.

Looks good mounted up. Great custom look, really like the flames on the fuel gauge. What's the approx cost for custom printing?

I have very few. i have two for my two speedometers, one for my friend jake's elite. There is only a few stickers left. Im not sure if i want to keep them or get rid of them online.
its kinda cool having something that not everyone can just go out and buy, im sure i should like an * but im not sure i want to just start selling.

I also have to watch this one for a week or so and make sure it dont fade/crack/ bobble, all the typical stuff.

looks cool.

you could always come up with an alternate design, now that you know the correct size and placement for all the MPH markings. that way you could sell some cool ones to other people, and keep that design for your own personal use.

New Day=New Problem.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bG9MBAh9Fkc
heres my new problem.

since im out of cash, and i have a few other mopeds to ride im not tearing this one apart till i find whats wrong with it.

After posting the video i realize that if i pull the plug right after running it the plug is very wet.
it starts, but once it warms up some it dont wanna go. then it dies.
the plug comes out wet. So im thinking something with the spark. i tried another coil with no change. im thinking a new CDI should do the trick right?

come on people, help me brain storm, im to broke to be wrong.
