Yes but it is tricky

Or you can use chains and a high lift jack like this to stretch it out.

Just to give you all a report on the 87 Spree. The forks were fine. The frame was bent. We put a chain on the back of the scooter attached to a car. We then put a ratchet strap on the front, then attached it to a tree and started cranking on it. we had to pull it back about 8 inches to original specs. It's now straight as an arrow and looks like it will be fine. The rest of the bike if in pretty good shape. We were missing the hose between the carb and air filter (I ordered one off here). We'll put it all back together today and see what it will do.
