i had my spree motor running pretty good with a k&n. I ran it with an 80 main jet and the needle clipped off the bystarter (basicly increasing a "pilot" jet) ran great, I don't think it was any faster than stock, making it a complete waste of time and money, but it did run good........... On the bike im building now, im keeping it all stock

Just ordered some, do you have them wired to a toggle or straight to your ignition, is a fuse really needed?

Bear, I am running an 85 jet with the uni filter. Everything else is stock on the spree, no bore kit/gears. Acceleration and power is much better than stock but top speed is about the same. It runs pretty good but definitely not perfect. KingJeff, I have them wired up to a toggle switch. A fuse is not needed, they still work, but I guess if anything went wrong you would rather have the fuse blow then your lights.

If I ever get my Aero50 running I want to paint it flat black and put under glow the same as you plus above the front and back wheels and have it run through the ignition and then through 3 toggle switch ( a separate toggle for front, middle and back)
