Is this pipe for a 1996 jog?

Is this pipe ok too loud for street use?
dont mess with that pipe. get a good pipe for your jog. knowing you ,you will want it to go faster.that pipe will limit you to only 8.5hp max. thats with a top performance mid race kit. find yourself a yasuni c16,c20,c21 or stage6 pro or r1200 pipe. the yasuni with a mid race kit will make around 13hp.more than enough to go 70mph with a 70cc kit setup.
What about a crank? This '96 is still a Japanese crank but I know the Taiwanese cranks had problems with the c16 RPMs.

from what I know the japanese cranks can handle the higher rpms than the zuma or taiwanese motors. if planing on building an engine to race or to make at least 13hp ,its best to upgrade the crank anyways. with these engines to make higher hp,you need to get the rpm's up.10k just won't cut it as alot of the pipes sold in the US does.the tecnigas next r and the leo pipes makes its power below 10k.Thats why dyno test show that they make max power around 8.5hp.

Yasuni c20-c21 will not work on the corsa bore..

it will work on polini evo1/2 and malossi mhr single ring.

Just send a message to gb motorsource, He know lots of jog parts and give advice on parts recommend..

there are aftermarket rotor kits. this replaces the stock heavy mag and stator. the aftermarket ones are aluminum and weight about half the weight of the stock mag/flywheel. the ncy ones sell for about $250. the malossi ones are about $450. all the guys in europe that race minarelli motor bikes use rotor kits on their bikes. makes it rev up quicker and frees up rotational mass weight off the crank.so that means more hp too.every little counts in these small engines.

When you get to that level of performance, you should also remove the oil pump.

you can send stock flywheel lighten to battlescooter. $60.

Jog/vino does have a oil pump, crank driven by oil plastic drive. Oil pump need to removed.

Having the flywheel lighten really did help. The acceleration is a little better. On the top-end is where the biggest difference was gained. It now reaches a higher RPM = more speed. Overall a very good investment for my Zuma.

Are there oil pump plugs for the 1996 jog?

Where could I find one?
