Wow finally got on this build because I am moving and will not longer have this large shop to work out of. I will have to build a new shop next summer :)

Painted yamaha blue. Had the paint layin around so what the *. Also put new shocks on it. This frame has a title.

The top of the triple tree where the grove is for the handle bars is jacked. So that sucks. Will have to center and tighten the bars down good. hehe

A few more pics of the junk I have to work with. Good thing I have some spare dio parts. This Dio is ugggly. Another note to add. The junker I got from six is a special edition so the floor mounts are a bit wider. So I will have to drill new holes on the gas tank and leave the two bolts out of the floor board in the back. Also have to drill new holes on the floor support.

Here the classic dio gas tank. Its and easy fix. Soak in parts cleaner and then get nuts and bolts and shake around in the tank. Works like a charm. I used a rasp to open the tank mounts up to fit the frame.

Thanks. I will do little port work when I install the cylinder. Just getting it together so all the parts are on the bike. Will post some more pics soon.
