PM tazland001 here on the forum. he is the one who sells them and has a so modded scooter running. Oh and he is a straight shooter too.

finished running it in and put the taz intake/carb kit on, the kit is well worth the money makes the take off awesome. very glad i got it.

So what speeds are you hitting im deciding if i should up grade my slug of a nifty fifty its old and worn out and tops out at 45kmh

Hard to tell with the top speed at the moment, I need to change the main jet. What I can say is that the pickup is a ton better than I expected, F'ing Fantastic, made the high gears irrelevent plus some. But yeh on top speeds im getting 70kph on 1/3 throttle, dunno how much more it'll get with the right size main jet, but i'm sure it will at least get some more speed with the other 2/3rd's of throttle working. makes awesome noise too
this is all with:
48bbk with head machined and single layers of gaskets
taz gears
taz intake/carb
uni pod
new clutch
no porting, no polishing
new bearings and seals throughout

Wow thats impressive i had kinda given up on my nifty fifty maybe once my dj1 is finished i should tear apart the nifty for some much needed love
