does anyone know where to get that chrome stuff? It was on that maroon spree with the patterned paintjob. Don't know where to find the picture now...

I am in the middle of using my mini dremmel with the wire brush fitting to remove all the rust and to scuff the surface for painting.

Chrome paint can be bought off the shelf, so can gold... That little heat sheild shouldn't be getting hot enough to burn off non-high-temp paint, since it's there to keep from burning your leg.

it gets hot!!! i burned a tatto into my leg with that leaned on the bike next thig i new i had he heat shild butned into my leg.... it hurt!!!!!

you wont need high temp paint -1000-1200 ft for the shield but you will need at least eng paint - rated 400-600 I believe.

i used engine paint on myu muffler.... the first time.... it burned off fast!

I have a can on flat black thats rated 1500 degrees and it better work.

no my dad has a dodge stelth RT and the enge was repainted and he had some extra i painted the exoust and the color jsut faded and turned weird colors
