so you have a bad/lose connection the engine somewhere. start wiggling wires until you find it.

X2...
Sounds like a wire is getting grounded out somewhere possibly around the engine mount / pivot points.
I fixed a friends NS50 that had a loose wire connector tab at the CDI. I used a dental pick to remove the metal plugs on the harness at the CDI, carefully squeezed the connectors to tighten their fit, and plugged them back into the plastic plug housing.
As well, I have seen coils that stop sending spark when a bump is hit, and I've also seen a few bad NEW NGK spark plugs... Not common, but possible. Be sure you don't overtighten the plug. When a plug is overtightened, the gasket is destroyed, and more strain is placed on the plug body above the threads.

This is my argument against loose wires:
In my video you can see this too. (on pg 1) , when I take the bike going forward over the wood bump, it dies out when the rear wheel drops back down. But if I hit that same bump in reverse, it doesn't do anything.
I think this has to do with my float/carb/fuel somehow.
I have jiggled every wire at idle and nothing cuts out the engine like this.
For my ultimate test, I even had the bike idling, kickstand was up (not in use) , I lifted the rear of the bike up and tried to replicate a bounce (picked up and dropped down about 2 inches) this didn't do it.
Maybe my float level is too high?

I am going nuts.

I can replicate this event by going both forward and reverse over a bump and by lifting the back up anddropping it (~3inches)
I lowered my float level...still same issues

did you check for a leak around where the exhaust bolts on?

Yeah no nice. Nice n snug.
My only idea is wires to stator are shorting. This is so d*** annoying.

Check the wire / ground to the coil!!!!!!!!!!!! Had a similar prob check it out....

at the coil ? or at the battery?

The battery has
NOTHING to do with the ignition. The battery is mainly for starting.

I understand that- I'm talking about the wire harness closer to the battery as apposed to closer to the actual coil

This is interesting... if I tip the bike backwards (parking the bike on a normal slanted street where the rear tire is kissing the curb) the bike revs up as if it is getting more fuel...? my fuel line is pretty long and it kind of dips below the intake point on the carb before mating up with that nipple... could it be that I'm starving the bike of fuel for a split second on bumps?

Sounds like a possibility. Shorten that fuel hose.

Too long of a hose would not cause the problem you are having.
Ben, I really think this is an electrical issue. I can send a couple of parts your way so you can troubleshoot, if you want.
