I bought a spree w/ that seat ... and always wanted to use it but the purple ? ? ? After repainting the flame red it was a lot better
as for re-doing the purple pipeing maybe later its a pain in the @ss.
Thanks for the comments :

Need some lights behind the mesh. It would look nice with a soft glow.

You are aware that the no rev limit CDI was a waste of money, aren't you? The Spree already has a no rev limit CDI from the factory and it is a better quality CDI to boot.

OK Tazz / Mousewheels ..I actually did some tests w/ lights behind the side screen cover Its was underwelming to say the least
the real kicker is when i noticed sparks and smoke and some flames ...I was just testing and only stuck the wires on the battery terminals
I tried LEDs then I tried an old turn signal (for more foot candles)...somehow one of the leads was shorting out to the frame and I was wondering why it was getting so hot ???
Yeooow look out ziiittt zittt I tried to pull the wire off but it was red hot and sparking another thing I painted the frame black so there is not much to reflect (catch) the light .
The 666 lamps is a great idea but the mesh is rather small so I don't think it would read well , still thanks for the suggestion (maybe if they were back a bit ?)
OK Bear busted your right on the CDI I only used it for looks the case is a blue aluminum and I just thought it looked cool and I had cut the air filter case off and had an open spot where it
seemed to fit well .
Here are some bad fuzzy photos of what the lights looked like .before the wire shorted out .
Again there is so much black nothing reflects the light / notice the amber on the muffler and on the fender at the top is the lens of the signal light I was testing with .

Also on the subject of lighting I wanted to put LEDs behind the muffler cover .
I have some heat shield material from a company in Austraila and it would probably not be easy to get information on the temps. so close ?
I also had concerns running wires or ground the (- )to the frame and just run a (+) I might have some high temp wire but something so close to the muffler
I don't know ...
