85 spree issues

Exhaust gasket is replaced and now it syarts right up and idles well but as soon as you give it gas it just wants to die. So what am i over looking?

i no it sounds like bull but it not
if the lid not on or the tube the goes from the carb to the air box is not clamp on or the air filter is not in or out of place it will do that
in short its going to run len

yes, i've tried all of that. even taped up the airbox to make sure it was sealed.

were is the pin on the throttle valve set ?

yup, one up from the bottom is the middle

hahha swimmingfree........you ran yours on the bottom all right ..........then it puked up its piston

maybe you have a leak around the manifold, taking those carbs on and off cant be good on the orings. I say this because i think mine is leaking there too with the other gaskets. i put some silicon on there this morning waiting for it to set. you might try that if you are out of options

yup stock figured i would mess with it today while I am waiting on the carb rebuild kit and exhaust gasket for the Eve when i break the eve in i may sell the stock spree to this lady police officer that told me she wanted to buyy it for her daughter cause she had one when she was a kid

hay when you sell it dose it come with a case of duck tape and a spool of balling wire .. you do no that they will need it
