i will ask him .. all of the carbs should come with a vacume nipple and the fuel nipple?? right

No, some carbs come without a vacuum nipple. In fact from my experience most carbs do NOT come with a vacuum nipple.

what i ment was does taz 21mm intake manifold have a vacume nipple

Taz's intake is a CT manifold,,,it only has one nipple and it is for vacuum.

so i will have to tap one in if i want to use the sprees oiler system?

what is better to run the oil pump and premix or to run just premix?
