Alright now that ive wasted all day fixing this thing ive came to a conclusion the my receptier (spell check) went bad... (The black box on the left side with cooling fins.?.) I went throught ever piece of wire on the scooter and found nothing then i unpluged that box again and got a piece of wire and hot wired the plug without the receptier and everything lit up and power was running through out the scooter... So if this sounds right i would like to know where i can find one and have it overnighted to me asap..
Thanks for you help

Contact Greg at uspmale@yahoo.com for parts on this. He may also be able to tell you for sure if the rectifier is shot.

The lights going bright/dim are signs of a disconnected or blown rectifier. Did you look at the service manual posted here, or do what I suggested with the ammeter?

Might also want to check the harness, make sure no-one messed up the wiring and miswired the rectifier.
