hey, in california you can run a spree in the bike lane. it has less than 2 bhp, 49 cc's, and "not" capable of more than 30 miles an hour. check your state manuals to see if you can get away with it too.

In michigan the minimum cc on the freeways is 125cc. So basically stay on the roads or driveway lol

In MA we can ride on the bike paths on the side of the road. No side walks or riding on recreational ways. (Paths in the woods.) Still the state considers the Spree and anything under 50 cc a mororized bike and must be registered as such. All they do is give you a sticker to put on the back where the plate would go.

dang...its 98.00 a year for my monte carlo...thats it im driving the spree full time lol
