I didn't know about this thread, so when I did my Gyro Restoration, I couldn't find the carb cover either, so I made mine out of aluminum layered to fit perfectly, I JB welded tabs and studs on the back and once the entire scooter was painted the cover looks like Honda made it.
This reminds me that I need to use the search function more.
