Im trying to adjust it and I just cant find any decent settings, SOMEONE IN THE CHICAGO AREA COME HELP ME!!!

You can't adjust out that problem, you need to actually fix the carb. Here are your options:
1) Buy a new carb on Ebay or here ($$)
2) Get a 6mm helicoil kit and fix the threads ($)
3) Clean it up with laquer thinner, stuff the hole with JB weld, let cure 48 hours, and tap/drill new M6 threads (cents)
I've heard #3 works, but wouldn't do this personally.

Go up on plug hotter or lower. Sounds simple but it worked for me. Fuel will burn differently at different altitudes even in a combustable motor. One of the reasons private planes crash. The don't perform the same at different altitudes and humidity.
