Could be too big of a pilot.. Airbox on properly?

Check the green wire coming from the stator. Make sure its tight. Also check the plug cap. Make sure the wire that holds onto the plug end is not worn or loose. Unscrew the cap and check the wire to see that its not burnt. Check and clean the 2 wires the connect to the coil. Any of those can cause the symptom your having.
