you may want to consider a set of metro wheels for those 90/90's. 2.15" wide rather than 1.75", and you can run them tubeless.

I can't figure out how to change the main jet. Is there a DIY anywhere? I read the service manual but it just has an exploded view. Surely I don't have to take the whole carb apart? I thought it would be easy judging from the lightbulb comment but I can't see how to do it. Glad I dug into it though because it didn't even have an air cleaner installed. Fortunately I ordered one with the main jet. Thanks for any help on how to replace the main jet.

if its the oem aero carb, drain and drop the carb bowl.flathead screw on the side of bowl to drain. two phillips head bolts hold it up on the carb i believe. once the bowl is off you should be able to see the brass main jet on the bottom center of the carb. unscrew it carefully, screw the new jet in while paying great attention to not overtightening the jet in the carb. basically get it snug, then maybe 1/8 of a turn more. replace bowl. done.

I just got an aero 50 too, all the advice is helpful. Just wondering if the clutch spring upgrade will help much with the top speed. Also is the leo vince sp3 exhaust a good upgrade or is there something better for the aero 50?

Greetings:

The LeoVince kit for Aero is #4447. It's not that it's the Best exhaust, it's pretty much the Only exhaust you're likely to find. It works very well for 65cc kits. Not that much louder than stock.

Greetings:

The K&Ns work just as well as the UNIs, but they are materially heavier, so UNI is the better option unless you can support the end of the K&N with a bracket somehow.
