It is a classic. I get comments on 2 out of ten rides from people that have had them and enjoyed them. They are surprised that Sprees are still out there buzzing around . I am in a metropolitan area and this unit is perfect for short adventures. I added cargo capacity so it is functional and yes women do like them.

I've converted mine to a standup, motorized scooter! It's perfect for it - short wheel base, under 50cc, plenty of power to pull my 200lbs up hills, Honda reliability! Not very fast top speed but plenty for me. 25 mph is plenty fast to kill yourself with. Besides, if I want to go fast I just jump on my Hayabusa!

Working on converting another Spree to standup right now! I love these little guys!

I agree with Swimming free , I would love to see the stand up conversion, I love them :-)
